About Stacey Todd
Stacey Todd is the owner and Mortgage Broker behind Coastline Lending Company.
Stacey originally joined Guide Financial in 2019 after a lending career spanning over 20 years with the Commonwealth Bank and Suncorp, working across agribusiness, commercial and retail lending. After working with Guide Financial for seven years, Stacey came onboard as a partner in the lending business in 2024, before purchasing the lending business in its entirety in 2026.
While the name has changed, the person, service and commitment remain the same — new name, same Stacey.
Stacey is a strong advocate for her clients, working to obtain competitive lending terms and packages, educating borrowers, and proactively managing loan pricing on a regular basis. Her role encompasses implementing a wide variety of lending solutions and advocating for clients. Stacey can assist with property loans, commercial loans, equipment finance, business lending and other lending needs.
She analyses loan options and negotiates with lenders on behalf of clients to obtain suitable loan products and competitive rates that align with each client’s individual circumstances and goals.
Stacey acts in the best interests of her clients at all times, including educating clients around loan products, debt strategies and their obligations under finance contracts. She proactively requests loan pricing reviews with lenders every 12 months on eligible loans to help ensure clients continue to borrow on competitive terms
A testament to Stacey’s work ethic was her winning the 2020 Best Support Officer Award through Centrepoint Alliance, a very well-deserved achievement.
Her Best Advice
"Many banks and lenders are open to negotiation. It's worth asking for better pricing upfront and reviewing this with your lender periodically."
Rewarding Work
Stacey relishes working with first home buyers and helping them enter the property market and achieve a major life goal. She also loves helping clients save thousands of dollars through annual pricing reviews or refinancing.
“Often, we see new lending clients who have been with their existing lender for several years because of loyalty, family traditions, or a good rate at the beginning of their loan. Meanwhile, that same lender may be offering new borrowers rates that are significantly lower than our client’s current rate. So much for loyalty!”
Having built strong relationships with clients over many years, Stacey is excited to continue supporting clients under Coastline Lending Company — bringing the same experience, advocacy and straight-talking lending support clients have come to know and trust.
And on the Personal Side
Family is what Stacey values most. She grew up in Cairns, and she and her kids love it when family visit or turn up in their caravans — planned or unplanned. “It’s great to live in a country where your family can visit regularly, even though they live so far away.”
Stacey is also a people person. She loves workshopping ideas, solving problems and learning new things.
Her favourite animal — even surprising to herself — is cats. They are full of personality and sass.
When it comes to chilling out, Stacey is an Aussie girl through and through, enjoying a coldie and keeping up with Home and Away.
